About this projects

Modernized an outdated corporate website into a modern, product-driven experience with improved usability and a refreshed visual identity

The company had an outdated website and needed a fresh and modern look. My role was to gather content from the previous one, identify usability improvements, design a new visual direction and implement the final result using WordPress.

Understanding the problem

The project began with an analysis of the existing website to understand what information was essential, what could be removed and what new content needed to be added. A competitor research supported early decisions and helped highlight opportunities for improvement. The proposed enhancements were presented to stakeholders, and after approval, we moved into sketches and later the final UI.

This combination of insights defined the direction of the concept.

Sketching & early prototyping

To communicate the vision for the new website clearly, several sketches were created. These sketches brought together ideas from stakeholders and team members and helped align expectations until we reached a direction that pleased everyone.

• Finalized a structure that aligned with business goals

UI Design

The final UI included a one page institutional website and individual landing pages for each product. The concept focused on a clean layout supported by strong imagery and concise copy, highlighting products and services while using testimonials, key numbers and a short company story to build credibility.

Key learnings

This project allowed me to reconnect with my development background and bring a project to life from start to finish. It was a long and demanding process, but also a completely new and valuable experience. Having worked mostly with UX and UI, returning to implementation helped me understand challenges from both design and development perspectives.
